Molly Krueger
Raised in the diverse environment of New York City, Molly developed an early appreciation for the way food connects people and tells a story. This interest led her to Barnard College, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology; focusing on the cross-cultural influences of food systems and how they impact body image and perceptions of health.
Driven by a desire to transition from academic study to hands-on practice, Molly enrolled in the Institute of Culinary Education where she graduated with a degree in Culinary Arts. Mastering both classical and contemporary techniques, her talent quickly earned her positions in the renowned kitchens of Danny Meyer, and later with lifestyle icon Martha Stewart; which launched her career in media-focused recipe development.
Wanting to take the next step, At The Table was launched in 2023. With a mission to enhance the well-being and nutritional profile of her clients through personalized meals, she specializes in creating custom menus that are delicious, sophisticated, and tailored to specific dietary needs, allergies, and health goals.
To fully integrate her culinary expertise with evidence-based health practices, Molly is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Nutrition & Dietetics at New York University. Her ultimate goal is to continue working with individuals and families looking to lead a healthier lifestyle and enhance their overall well-being, transitioning her role from a skilled cook to a comprehensive food and health advisor. She is committed to using her unique blend of culinary skills, cultural understanding, and scientific knowledge to empower her clients toward sustainable health and educate families on the importance of nutrition.
